Three restaurants back open after closing at the start of the pandemic

Not every restaurant made an immediate switch to takeout and delivery only at the start of the pandemic. Some closed initially and are now starting to reopen. Last week Knishes & Dishes opened and today Bruno’s and Fairlane Cafe did as well.

Knishes & Dishes located at 551 Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill is back open for curbside pickup and delivery through DoorDash. Its hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Its menu is on its Facebook page. Bruno’s located 9800 Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill is back open with a takeout window, curbside pickup, and delivery from DoorDash and Uber Eats (the pages aren’t live yet for these services). To order direct call (215) 242-1880. Follow Bruno’s on its new Instagram account for daily specials.

Fairlane Cafe located 617 Bethlehem Pike in Erdenheim has reopened for curbside pickup. It is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Sunday. To order call (215) 233-5863. Find the menu here.
