Three riverfront townhouses along the riverfront in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township) sold in 2026 for more than $1 million. The homes are all located within RiverPlace, a community of 65 townhouses constructed by Malvern-based Progressive Homes. The three homes sold for $1,047,395, $1,067,695, and $1,139,625, respectively.

Overall, most homes sold between $500,000 and $700,000, with 14 topping $800,000. Three of the four home styles are sold out, and only one home remains available.

A realtor we spoke with about the community shared that the developer recently offered upgrades that had not previously been available, and that was one of the factors in the sales price topping a million. Two of the three homes that sold for a million were also directly fronting the river. All were among the larger styles offered.
