Tickets available for Fire & Ice wine dinner at Bar Sera in Conshohocken

Pieri Hospitality is hosting a four-course dining experience on July 29 at its Bar Sera location. The event, named Fire & Ice, will feature dishes prepared by Executive Chef Will Langlois. Each dish will be paired with a wine specially selected by sommelier Jesse Lane. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.

The first course features a mini lobster roll, served with a lovage crème fraiche and white wine boba pearls. Moving on to the second course, guests will be served a prawn radiatore pasta smothered in Bar Sera’s smoky tomato xo sauce. The pasta will be topped with purple basil and parmesan breadcrumbs.

After the pasta dish, guests will enjoy a grilled petite filet mingon for their third course. The filet is served with red chimicurri sauce and a side of zucchini ribbon skewers.

The evening will have a sweet finish with an Aperol Spritz pie, made with toasted meringue and served with cherry sauce.
