Tierra Caliente at the corner of West 2nd Avenue and Fayette Street in Conshohcoken has closed. It opened in June of 2016 and was owned by the same group that owns the El Limon regional chain of taquerias.

The restaurant is completely built out, comes with a fully equipped kitchen and bar, and sidewalk seating is available. So if you like the look of the space, you could open it quickly.

The restaurant comes with a unique opportunity. In addition to having your own restaurant at street level, you would also be the sole food provider for the members-only cigar club, Cigar Republic, on the second floor. The cigar club currently has over 200 members. The owner of the cigar club owns the building and the liquor license in the building (which is available to use in the street level restaurant under a separate management agreement).

The rent is $30.00 triple net, plus there is an option for additional space in the basement.
