The hearing before Conshohocken’s Borough Council for the proposed Wawa is tonight (Wednesday, November 15th) at 7:00 p.m. at Borough Hall at West 4th Avenue and Fayette Street.
When this issue was before Borough Council previously, the vote was 6-1 against. However, the make-up of council has changed and there are now four members who are new to the issue. Council did vote 4-3 to hold this hearing.
The vote to approve or deny won’t likely happen this evening. Based on what happened last time, it will take two to three hearings to allow for testimony and public comment.
