Tradestone Cafe has softly opened at 117 Fayette Street next to Blackfish.  The cafe is owned and operated by Chef Chip Roman of Blackfish and Chef Fred Ortega.  The cafe is currently open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The cafe offers a variety of pastries from Au Fournil in Narberth, house made baked goods (muffins, scones and shortbreads), La Colombe Coffee, made-to-order sandwiches, paninis, salads and soups. The cafe can seat about 25 people, however, there will be grab-and-go options for those that want to head back to the office.

The cafe also carries Tradestone Confections, which creates artisan, handcrafted chocolates and other gourmet confections.  The confections are produced in a kitchen in the back of the space.
