Trattoria Totaro in Conshohocken recently reopened following March fire

Trattoria Totaro in Conshohocken recently reopened following a late March fire that damaged the Italian BYOB’s kitchen. Owners Vince and Donna Totaro shared the following with MoreThanTheCurve.com:

WE’RE BACK!

After two long months, we are thrilled to announce that our doors are officially reopening!

When the fire forced us to close, we were heartbroken. For over three decades, this restaurant has been more than a business to us—it has been a gathering place for family celebrations, first dates, anniversaries, business lunches, and countless memories shared around our tables.

During these past two months, we have been overwhelmed by the kindness, encouragement, and support from our customers, friends, neighbors, fellow business owners, and the entire Conshohocken community. Your phone calls, messages, visits, and words of encouragement carried us through some very difficult days.

Today, we don’t just reopen a restaurant—we reopen a place filled with memories, traditions, and the people who have become family to us over the years.

We invite you to celebrate with us as we begin this next chapter. Come see the updates, enjoy your favorite dishes, raise a glass with friends, and help us make new memories together.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing by us. We couldn’t have done this without you.

The tables are set.
The kitchen is ready.
The doors are open.

And we can’t wait to welcome you back.
