The trial has begun for Warminster resident Michael Dutkiewicz, who is accused of murdering his girlfriend, 25-year-old Alyssa Wiest of West Conshohocken. Wiest was killed outside her home in West Conshohocken in May.

Dutkiewicz is not contesting whether he committed the murder, but that it wasn’t premeditated as the prosecution claims. FOX29 has a full report below.
