Two arrested after fight during Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in Conshohocken

Two men were arrested during the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in Conshohocken on March 14th after being involved in a fight along the western side of the 100 block of Fayette Street. It occurred at approximately at 3:15 p.m.

According to court documents, 24-year-old Ryan Flannery of Pottsgrove attempted to fight a man and that effort was broken up by 21-year-old Caleb Mussmon of Landisville. After they were briefly separated, Mussmon than places the victim in a bear hug, lifts him, and slams him into the ground. Flannery than kicks the victim in the face and knocks him unconscious. The victim was transported to a trauma center for treatment. All of this was captured on video according to police. It was not stated what led to the altercation.


Mussmon has been charged with the misdemeanor of Simple Assault and the summary offence of Harassment – Subject Other to Physical Contact and was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Flannery has been charged with the felony of Aggravated Assault – Attempts to cause SBI [serious bodily injury] or causes injury with extreme indifference, the misdemeanor of Simple Assault, and the summary offence of Harassment – Subject Other to Physical Contact. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Both have a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 25th before Magisterial District Judge Dara Nasatir.
