On Saturday, September 9th, a tree fell along East 8th Avenue. On X (previously Twitter), user @ChristianneQ shared video of the tree following. She also shared that a block party was scheduled for later in the day and the street has mostly been cleared of vehicles. No one was injured.

Conshohocken Fire Company No. 2 responded to the downed tree, assessed damage to properties and ensured all affected properties were evacuated.
