Update on Coronavirus in Montgomery County July 16th to July 20th

Montgomery County didn’t provide an update regarding Coronavirus since July 16th, so today’s article includes data for Thursday, July 16th through Monday, July 20th.

The number of new positive cases was 30 on Thursday, July 16th, 56 on Friday, July 17th, 33 on Saturday, July 18th, 51 on Sunday, July 20th, and 32 on Monday, July 21st. The total number of cases countywide since the start of the pandemic is 9,059.

In regards to confirmed deaths due to Coronavirus, there were three reported on July 16th, two on July 18th, and zero deaths on July 18th, July 19th and July 20th. The total number of confirmed deaths countywide since the start of the pandemic is now 816.

Data on hospitalizations, probable deaths, and positivity rates of testing, was not available.

  • West Conshohocken is at nine cases, which is no change since July 15th. There have been no deaths
  • Plymouth Township is at 146 cases, which is 10 more than since July 15th. There have been seven deaths.
  • Whitemarsh Township is at 168 cases, which is six more than since July 15th. There have been 23 deaths.
