On August 4, the day the tropical storm hit our area and caused flooding, we shared an article from The Times Herald on an effort to locate a person who a 911 caller said was swept into the Schuylkill River from near the Spring Mill Train Station.

We asked Montgomery County for an update on this situation. Yesterday afternoon we were told that land and water-based responders called off the search on August 4th, but National Guard air units were called in to perform an aerial search. As of late yesterday afternoon that was the latest information.
