As we reported yesterday, Wawa (really the property owner Cian, LLC) is seeking approval to open a store at Ridge Pike and Diamond Avenue in Plymouth Township. We have a couple updates. The first is that there was a planning/zoning hearing back on June 3rd and the approvals sought were approved. The second is that we emailed with the township’s zoning officer today and was informed that while the planning/zoning approvals have been obtained, there is still a land development application that needs to be approved by the Township Planning Agency and Township Council.
