There are two apartment communities being built just outside Conshohocken.  The first is Whitemarsh Villas, which is being constructed across from Panera on Ridge.  We didn’t have a rendering when we first reported on this community, but you can now see one above.  This is a senior living community.

The second is a Brandywine Realty Trust/Toll Brothers project that is under construction near the corner of Butler and Plymouth Road in Plymouth Meeting.  It is called Th Parc and when completed will have almost 400 units.  As of right now, the land has been cleared and they have constructed a couple stairwells.
