A vehicle struck a pole overnight along Ridge Pike in Lafayette Hill (between Crescent and Chestnut), and knocked out the power to 193 accounts. There is also a report on social media that Ridge is closed between Crescent and Chestnut.

No word on what caused the accident or the status of the driver.

PECO projects that the power will be restored at 8:30 a.m.

UPDATE – as of 9:04 a.m. PECO reports that it is assessing the condition. No new estimated restoration time is provided.
