The StoneRose is holding another edition of its Victory Beer and Grilled Cheese Nights on Tuesday, December 6th. Guests will enjoy a grilled cheese menu prepared by The StoneRose’s chef. Each sandwich will be paired with an individually selected Victory Beer and presented by our Victory Brewing representative. The courses are as follows:

1st
Caramelized Onion, Pepper-jack & White Cheddar Cheese on Salt Loaf

2nd
Chorizo, Gruyere, Fresh Herb & Roasted Red Pepper on Salt Loaf

3rd
Bacon, Brie, Seasonal Squash, & Truffle on Salt Loaf

4th
Prosciutto, Cranberry, & Brie on Raisin Walnut Bread

There will be a seating at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The cost is $45.00, which includes the four courses and four 6 ounce beers. Seating is family style.
