The Montco Beer Festival presented by GIANT and benefiting the Conshohocken Plymouth Whitemarsh Rotary is being held on Saturday, October 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The festival allows attendees to enjoy samples from dozens of breweries and other adult beverages. There is also great food, live music, and more.
As everyone knows, the food and beverage industry is currently understaffed. In the past, breweries were able to show up in mass and provide support for these types of festivals. While they all want to continue this, the new reality is that they don’t always have the staff to lend to festivals anymore.
While we have plenty of beer from dozens of breweries confirmed, we could use some extra hands to help pour.
So here is what we are offering. Volunteer from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and then you can enjoy the second two hours of the festival as a guest.
You will be volunteering for the Conshohocken Plymouth Whitemarsh Rotary, which does a lot of good work in the community, from supporting the Colonial Neighborhood Council to Cradles to Crayons, Today is a Good Day, NAMI, and local libraries and schools. The club also sponsors high school students for an annual youth leadership retreat and awards several annual scholarships to PWHS students. Internationally, they support Smiles for Guatemala, the Karama Education Center (Uganda), and the Gayatri Public School (India).
If interested, please complete the form below and a member of the Rotary will contact you. Thank you.
