Last night, after the Wawa discussion, there was a sketch plan presentation from O’Neill Properties on an apartment complex they are planning to develop along the river.  They brought along a few renderings of developments that had been discussed way back when O’Neill first started developing office and residential properties along the river (like eight to 10 years ago).

I was able to get a picture of one of the renderings, which is above.  Imagine how different that area of Conshy would be today.
