Where You Could Open a Restaurant in Conshohocken, Plymouth Meeting and Lafayette Hill

Thinking you want to own a bar and/or restaurant in Conshohocken, Plymouth Meeting, or Lafayette Hill? Here are all the possibilities we know about:

Conshohocken

There is a “Pizza and Pasta” restaurant for sale in the “vicinity” of Conshohocken. The ad doesn’t say which place it is.

The Old Mansion House, a bar on Old Elm Street off Conshohocken Road, is for lease.

SORA West, the redevelopment site on the western side of the unit block of Fayette Street (that will be home to AmerisourceBergen’s headquarters in about three years), will have a few restaurant spaces. No restaurant tenants have been announced.

Lafayette Hill

The BYOB Dishez opened and closed within just a few months at 545 Germantown Pike. We haven’t seen the space listed.

An unnamed bar/restaurant in Lafayette Hill is listed for sale.

Plymouth Meeting

The building that was home for Dawson’s is for lease. It is located at 440 Plymouth Road. Dawson’s closed at the end of 2016/very beginning of 2017. It is listed here.

The Uncle Julio’s space is still empty at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. The liquor license was recently sold to the Target on Chemical Road.

A Qdoba that was located within a small office building is closed. The building is for sale.

UPDATE:

Uncle Julio’s is no more. It was knocked down recently. See below:

Adios Uncle Julio’s. #plymouthmeeting
