The liquor R license can be purchased separately from the former tenant. Per seller seating for 105 patrons. Check with Whitemarsh Township zoning for other property uses.

The building dates back to 1853 as the Marble Hall Lodge of the Odd Fellows. The property first had two homes on the first two floors and then the lodge on the third. The lodge operated until 1925. You can still find the stage on the third floor from where shows took place in the early days of the property.

Once prohibition ended, the entire building was converted into a tavern and was first known as Marble Hall Inn. In 1971 it was renamed The Wooden Nickel Tavern.

In 1990 the building was renovated and reopened as the Whitemarsh Valley Inn in 1991. It closed in 2020.
