Conshy Girls Events & Catering, which is a sister business to Stella Blu, Gypsy Saloon and Southern Cross Kitchen, caters on a regular basis for Villanova’s basketball team. This week they provided lunch on Monday and breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday. After breakfast on Wednesday the team departed for Houston where it will be competing in the Final Four. In other Villanova news, the PhillyVoice.com published an article yesterday that stated that if Villanova wins the championship, the parade should be held in Radnor, not Philadelphia. I am thinking the best place would be Conshy.
