Spring Mill Cafe recently introduced a new winter menu that is full of rich, layered flavors that help take the edge of these freezing days. It also marks the first menu that Terry Moore, from Moore Brothers Wine Company, has used his expertise to create wine pairing suggestions for. We’re all probably going to be spending a lot of time indoors this week, and luckily Thursday’s bourguignon special is right on time to keep us happy and well-fed for the duration.

Every Thursday this winter, Spring Mill Cafe is offering a slow-cooked, tender and flavorful bourguignon, available two ways; $25 Beef or Mushroom Bourguignon in-house, and $35 Beef or Mushroom Bourguignon for Two, for pick-up. You can order on the website or come in and dine at the BYOB on Thursday.

AN HOUR OF JAZZ with Joanna Pascale & David Reiter & Prix Fixe Dinner
February 5th, 6pm

You cannot beat dinner and a show, especially with artists like these! David Rieter has been livening up our dining room with his jazz guitar for about a year now, and bringing some of the best local jazz voices with him!

This month is no different, for Joanna Pascale “lyric is paramount, and insists that she cannot perform a song unless she can connect personally with its lyrics. Once she’s found that connection, there’s no one who can better convey the emotion of those words more directly and intimately than Pascale.”
