The application for the proposed data center at 900 Conshohocken Road in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township) is scheduled to be considered by the Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board on October 20th at 7:00 p.m. (agenda). Developer Brian O’Neill is seeking a special exception to allow the data center on the property of the steel mill that has made its home on the property for almost two centuries.
The proposal was recently before the township’s planning agency, which voted 4-0 against recommending that the zoning hearing board grant a special exception. You can read MoreThanTheCurve.com’s coverage of the planning agency meeting and decision here.
