LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 10, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at Borough Hall, located at 112 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, the Council of the Borough of West Conshohocken will hold a public hearing on and may consider approval at a public meeting immediately thereafter of a conditional use application of L.S. Realty Associates, LLC, who requests Conditional Use Approval to permit the following under the West Conshohocken Zoning Ordinance: pursuant to Article VI Section 113-38.H, permission for townhouse development in the R-2 District; pursuant to Article VI Sections 113-39.F and 113-39.G(2), permission for townhouse development with a maximum density of 10 units per developable acre; pursuant to Article XIII Section 113-74, permission for encroachment in steep slopes of 15-25% to accommodate the townhouse development. A brief description and location of the real estate to be affected by this conditional use application is as follows: 5 parcels located on/near the western edge of Moir Avenue, bisected by Maria Street, including 142 Moir Avenue and 143 Josephine Avenue, all located in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and being further identified by the following Montgomery County tax parcel numbers: 24-00-01948-00-8, 24-00-01724-00-7, 24-00-01728-00-3, 24-00-01720-00-2, 24-00-01664-00-4.
