There is a zoning hearing scheduled for Thursday, November 13th at 7:00 p.m. in West Conshohocken regarding three proposed townhome and condo developments. The hearing is at West Conshohocken’s Borough Hall.

Zoning Hearing Notice The West Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the Borough Hall on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to enable the Board to consider and vote upon three (3) Stipulations submitted by Applicant Apple Moore Properties, LP with respect to the following properties: 549 Apple Street (Zoning Application #14-01) 537 Apple Street (Zoning Application #14-02) 237, 239 and 300 Moorehead Avenue (Zoning Application #14-03) The Stipulations are on file at the Borough Hall Offices, 112 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, PA for review upon request.
