We were working on Tweets of the Week when we saw a Tweet that linked to this “Help Wanted” advertisement on CraigsList. The advertisement is seeking a web designer for an office in Conshohocken. The employer is very specific about what he or she is looking for and some points we can imagine resulting from actual incidents from past interviews and employees, however, we are not sure if it was written to be amusing or in a fit of rage.

A couple of highlights from the advertisement are:

• “If you have to run everything by your wife or husband… than I should interview them.”
• “If you are gross or have poor hygiene.”
• “I DONT CARE WHAT SCHOOL YOU WENT TO… OR EVEN IF YOU GRADUATED..” (sic)
• “LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU – unless you’re a jerk or make excuses, than don’t apply.”
