Dr. Brett Neal Accepting New Patients at Neal Eye Group in Conshohocken (Sponsored Content)

Dr. Brett Neal is a 2002 graduate of Penn State University and a 2006 graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He completed a residency in cornea and specialty contact lenses at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia in 2007. He has been practicing optometry in Montgomery County since 2007, and in Conshohocken since joining with Dr. Scott Goldberg to form the Neal Eye Group in 2014.

Dr. Neal has been affiliated with and practiced at James Lewis, MD in Elkins Park and The Eye Institute of Salus University in Philadelphia since 2007 and continues there today in addition to caring for patients at the Neal Eye Group in Conshohocken. Dr. Neal has helped train hundreds of optometry students and dozens of optometry residents in specialty contact lens fitting, advanced techniques in caring for dry eye disease, complex corneal disease management, and surgical co-management of cataract, glaucoma, cornea transplant, and refractive surgery cases. Dr. Neal enjoys sharing the knowledge he’s gained through his years of specialty practice and the Neal Eye Group will begin serving as a clinical externship site for 4th year optometry students after renovations to the Fayette Street office are completed in the spring of 2016.

Dr. Neal is a big believer in the use of technology to assist in diagnosing and managing eye disease. The Neal Eye Group utilizes a Humphery Visual Field Analyzer, and Cirrus OCT to help manage glaucoma cases. They use Optomap retinal scans to aid the early detection of diabetic retinopathy and use Scout Keratron Topography to assist in complex contact lens fittings, such as for patients with ketatoconus or cornea transplants. Dr. Neal‘s committment to providing a state-of-the-art eye exam means you can expect to see new equipment at the office every year.

Dr. Neal and the Neal Eye Group are located at 828 Fayette Street in Conshohocken. They are accepting new patients for primary care exams, contact lens exams, medical eye care and more. Most medical and vision plans are accepted. You can call to make an appointment at 610-828-9701 or request an appointment online at http://conshohockeneye.com/request-an-appointment.
