Vacancy levels in Conshohocken’s office buildings continued to drop through the third quarter of 2015 according to a report provided by Joe O’Donnell from Omega Commercial Real Estate. Class A Space has dropped from 8.5% vacant in the second quarter of 2015 to 7.3% in the third quarter. Class B space has dipped from 5.9% vacant in the second quarter to 5.3%.
