Open House at Plymouth Meeting Historical Society on April 26th

The Plymouth Meeting Historical Society is hosting its annual Open House on Saturday, April 26th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the historic Dickenson farmstead grounds. The event is free and rain or shine. During the open house you can view the original archives, authentic period clothing, artifacts and maps of historic Plymouth and Whitemarsh townships, plus have the opportunity to tour the homes, smokehouse and barn on the grounds.

Joining the Historical Society’s artist members this year will students from the Conshohocken Art League, who will be exhibiting their paintings throughout the day. An informal reception will extend into the evening (until 7:00 p.m.).

Both the Plymouth Meeting Historical Society and the Conshohocken Art League will be represented by members who welcome any questions guests may have about their organizations.

The Dickenson farmstead is located at 2130 Sierra Road, near the intersection of Germantown Pike and Chemical Road.
