A few years back Steve Simpson had a major development plan for along Front Street in West Conshohocken. The mixed use project would have dramatically changed Front Street. That project never came to reality, along with an apartment concept more recently, and he is now proposing to build nine townhouses, with five along Front Street having a professional use space at street level. The other four units would face Powers Avenue and would also have a professional space.
