Yoga for Teenagers at Sol Yoga Studio

Sol Yoga Studio believes teenagers need yoga too and will be having a special class for them on Saturdays in April from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The class is for those 12 to 18 years old and is structured to provide the following benefits for teenagers:

  • Improves concentration
  • Builds strength
  • Promotes better posture
  • Enhances better sleep
  • Boosts confidence
The class will be led by Jennifer Crawford  and will be non-heated.
