- AmerisourceBergen is headquartered a few miles away, but it has a growing presence in Conshohocken occupying a building on the riverfront and Conshohocken could one day become home to its corporate headquarters
- BlackTree Health Consulting is based in Conshohocken
- Brian Communications is based in West Conshohocken
- CBIZ has a bunch of offices in the US, including a sizable one in Plymouth Meeting
- GMH Mortgage Services is based in Conshohocken
- Lamb Financial Group is headquartered in New York and has a regional office in Conshohocken
- Sage Financial makes its home in West Conshohocken
- St. Clair CPA Solutions has two offices, including one in Conshohocken
- Think Brownstone got its start in Conshohocken, where it still makes its home at the corner of East 2nd and Fayette. It has also added an office in the city.
- Vault Communications is based in Plymouth Meeting
