Baked Mahi-Mahi
Golden brown seared Mahi fish brightly accented with grilled pineapple and fresh house-made mango salsa.

Roasted pork tenderloin, parslied tomatoes and mushrooms with mashed sweet potatoes
A smoky and sweet pairing of tender pork medallions and honey-infused sweet potatoes complement the bold flavors of mushrooms and ripe tomatoes.

Barbecue glazed Salisbury steak, seasoned green beans and fresh garlic smashed redskin potatoes
A hearty portion of ground beef peppers and onions baked to perfection brushed with a zesty barbecue sauce, al dente green beans and buttery garlic smashed potatoes.

Twin stuffed jumbo portobello mushrooms
Two oven-baked mushroom caps filled with a flavorful mix of sautéed garlic spinach, juicy roasted red peppers and melted mozzarella spread over red wine reduced diced tomatoes and fresh oregano.

Spiced shrimp over lemon parmesan noodle salad
