Since our last update on October 30th (through October 29th), Montgomery County’s COVID-19 data hub reports that there were 139 new cases of Coronavirus on October 30th, 124 on October 31st, 120 on November 1st, and 79 on November 2nd. These new cases bring the total countywide since the start of the pandemic to 14,104.
Two additional deaths were reported on November 2nd. The total number of deaths countywide since the start of the pandemic is 840.
The 14-day PCR Positivity Rate as of October 28th is 4.02%. That is up from 3.12% on October 23rd is 3.12% and 2.28% on On October 16th. Having this number under 5% is considering having the virus under control.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health’s data hub shows that there are 84 hospitalizations due to Coronavirus in Montgomery County as of November 2nd at noon. That is up from 63 patients on October 29th. There are seven patients who require a ventilator, which is no change.

Locally, here are the current numbers:
- Conshohocken is at 104 cases, which is six more than since October 29th. There have been no deaths.
- West Conshohocken is at 12 cases, which unchanged since October 29th. There have been no deaths
- Plymouth Township is at 278 cases, which is eight more cases more than since October 29th. There have been seven deaths.
- Whitemarsh Township is at 306 cases, which is eight more than since October 29th. There have been 23 deaths.
