The Fulton Irish Tavern (full article)
Evan Lambert and partners recently opened The Fulton Irish Tavern at 641 Old Elm Street in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). That spot was the long-time home of the Old Mansion House, which closed a few years ago. Be sure to check out the “Irish Plates” section of the menu.

The tavern is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, and for brunch and dinner on Sunday. Find the menu here. Reservations are available via Resy.

Federal Donuts & Chicken (full article)
The growing chain with roots in Philadelphia recently opened a location at the Plymouth Square Shopping Center in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). There are all types of donuts, as well as chicken sandwiches, tenders, coffee, and more. Find the menu here.

Salt & Stone (full article)
Demetrios Pappas’s Salt & Stone opened at 128 Fayette Street in Conshohocken, filling the space that was most recently the Fayette Street Oyster House.

Salt & Stone is currently open Tuesday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Find the menu here. Reservations are available via Resy.

The Rabbit Hole (full article)
The Rabbit Hole opened at 201 West 6th Avenue in Conshohocken, taking the space that was the longtime home of Carol’s Place. The restaurant offers a bar with craft cocktails and small plates.

The Rabbit Hole is open Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Find the menu here (drinks) (food).

From the Boot (full article)
From the Boot in Lafayette Hill has received approval from Whitemarsh Township to move from Shoppers World Shopping Center to The Shops at Lafayette Hill next to the Wawa at Germantown Pike and Joshua Road. It will fill the space previously occupied by Roxy’s Drugstore and a dentist’s office.

Donut House
The owners of the Donut House had three locations and, in recent months, closed the ones in Conshohocken and Ambler/Spring House to focus on the one in Berwyn.

Former Daniel’s
The owners of what was formerly Daniel’s at 16 East 1st Avenue in Conshohocken recently advertised for a pastry chef for a “revitalized restaurant and café concept.” The restaurant suffered water damage over the winter, and work to repair and rehab the restaurant recently began.

Former Vigggiano’s
MoreThanTheCurve.com has confirmed that an Indian restaurant has signed a lease for the former Viggiano’s at 16 East 1st Avenue in Conshohocken.

West Conshohocken
Very unconfirmed report of a new restaurant for West Conshohocken.

Former Donut House
Very unconfirmed report that a cheesesteak shop is taking that spot.

Plymouth Meeting Mall (full article)
There is a renewed effort to fill the vacant restaurant spaces at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. All of the spaces are on the outside of the mall and include a former Bertucci’s, Space Smash, King Buffet, Zoup, Chipotle, and Real Fruit Bubble Tea.

Sorrento’s (full article)
The family-owned Italian restaurant located at 449 West Ridge Pike in Lafayette Hill is for sale with the property. Note that they are open as normal until a sale.

Former Ruby Tuesday’s at 2053 Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting
Ruby Tuesday’s closed in 2024. We have never seen it listed for lease anywhere, but it has sat empty since it closed.

Former Pizzeria Uno at 1009 Ridge Pike in Conshohocken
There is a sign out front stating it is for lease by LFT Realty.
