A proposal has been submitted in Whitemarsh Township to redevelop the adjacent properties at 551 East 10th Avenue and 561 Spring Mill Avenue in the Conshohocken section of the township with 19 townhouses. One property is the home of Teaford’s Garage and the other was once home to Tillie’s and the Conshohocken Oyster House.

Robert Teaford owns the East 10th property and Ratosky & Trainer owns the Spring Mill Avenue property. The applicant is DP Spring Mill Partners, LLC, which has the same Exton address as developer Dempsey Development & Brokerage.

The proposal is tentatively scheduled to go before the Whitemarsh Planning Commission on May 25th.
