A sign went up last week in the parking lot of M Bar/Theresa’s announcing that 22 townhomes will be built at the location on Moorehead Avenue.  The property was originally purchased by a group of local businessman, including Jim Creed and Jim Flanigan, with the hopes of building a boutique hotel.  When that idea was nixed due to the belief that the property was to small, there have been a rotating door of restaurants/bars at the location .
