The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services will host the sixth annual Teen Safe Driving ROADeo on Wednesday, April 29 from 8:00am – 2:00pm in the Montgomery Township Rec Center, 1030 Horsham Road, Montgomeryville.
The event is free of charge and open to all high school students in Montgomery County. Food, drinks, raffles, and giveaways will be provided, along with guest speakers, interactive stations, a driving simulator, fatal vision goggles, and more.
Teens will rotate through the following stations:
- Heavy Truck Safety: Blind Spot Demonstration – Sharing the Road with Trucks
- Impaired Driving: Fatal Vision Goggles – AAA
- Mock Traffic Stop: What To Do If You Get Pulled Over – Montgomery Township Police Department
- What To Do If You Crash – State Farm Insurance
- Teen Safe Driving Kahoot! Game – PA TIPP
- General Vehicle Maintenance
