Is a New York restaurant chain looking to open in the Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting area? A beer garden, too?

Our spies tell us that Tully’s Good Times, a New York-based restaurant chain, has been exploring opening a location in the Conshohocken/Plymouth Meeting area. According to our sources, they have been looking along Ridge Pike and Chemical Road. The chain has 13 locations in New York and one in Pennsylvania in Clarks Summit.

We are still trying to determine what to think about this next one. We can’t imagine where this could be located.

According to a job board posting, Take Flight Restaurant Group, a very established restaurant group out of Chester County, is apparently opening a “beer garden concept” in the “Conshohocken area.” Take Flight Restaurant Group owns The Stables Kitchen & Beer Garden and Bloom Southern Kitchen in Chester Springs, Morgantown Coffee House in Elverson, Collective Cafe in Glenmoore, and the Collective Coffee brand.

The job listing we mentioned states the following:

We are looking for an experienced manager for our new beer garden concept in the Conshohocken area. If you love beer, leading a hard-working and energetic team, and taking the best possible care of each guest, then this job is for you!

The address listed on the job posting is a house in a neighborhood in Gulph Mills. The owner of the property, a scientist, said he wasn’t involved in a beer garden.

We have not received a response to our inquiries from the restaurant group’s owner.
