The Borough of Conshohocken recently demolished the former car dealership along the 1100 block of Fayette Street to make way for a new firehouse house for Conshohocken Fire Company No. 2 and an ambulance station for Narberth Ambulance.

The borough purchased the property earlier this year for $5.1 million after Provco-Pineville abandoned its decade-long effort to redevelop the property with a Wawa.
