Featuring elegant design and seating for up to 60 people, the Mingle Room seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with cozy warmth. Neutral tones, rich textures, and tasteful artwork create an inviting atmosphere perfect for socializing.

Multiple seating arrangements—including plush sofas, stylish chairs, communal tables, and banquet seating—cater to both casual conversations and larger gatherings. Surrounding 90-inch flat screens enhance the experience, whether for an exciting football game or a favorite TV show.

This space also serves as a hub for our regularly hosted community events, from summer celebrations to festive holiday parties and beyond, encouraging residents to come together, connect, and build relationships.
