Blackfish BYOB featuring Magret Duck Tasting September 23-25

Blackfish BYOB is featuring Magret Duck Tasting on its four-course tasting menu from September 23rd to September 25th. Chef Chip Roman recommends pairing a Pinot Noir from Burgundy with Magret Duck, due to the red berry notes, such as cherry and cranberry, that lift the richness of the duck breast.
