The Philadelphia Business Journal reported on September 9th that Alliance HP, the owner of the Spring Mill Campus at the corner of East Hector Street and East North Lane in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township), is seeking a buyer or partner for the 508,500-square-foot property.

The property was home to Lee Tire until about 1978 and was first redeveloped as an office campus in 1987. Alliance purchased the property in 2019 for $74 million (the Journal reports $81 million, but county property records show $74 million). Alliance invested $15 million in renovations and was able to increase occupancy and rents.
