Plymouth Meeting’s Kaleigh Missimer, who plays field hockey for American University, has been named Patriot League Midfielder of the Week after a weekend in which she contributed to wins over Boston University and Georgetown. Missimer scored a career-high two goals in a 3-2 win over Boston University, clinching the berth in the Patriot League Championship.
 
Missimer, a graduate student, is now third on the team with six goals, which is also a career high. Her six goals on 11 shots this season have her tied for eighth in the Patriot League.  

Missimer is the daughter of David Missimer and Karen Derocher.
