Eight Tower Bridge in Conshohocken, the office building just downriver from the Matsonford Bridge, was recently sold to American Real Estate Partners for $108 million. Newmark Knight Frank successfully completed the sale on behalf of Barrings.
Eight Tower Bridge includes a 346,659-square-foot office tower and an associated seven-level, 1,200-space parking garage. Tenant include Marsh & McLennan Companies, Allied Universal, Penn Mutual, AMG Funds and Airgas.
