Progress is being made for the apartment and condo community coming to 401/433 Washington Street that straddles the Borough of Conshohocken/Whitemarsh Township border on the Schuylkill River. The community will have 481 units overall consisting of 690 bedrooms.

Thus far, they have prepped the ground, and just recently, curbs were installed. KRE Acquisition Corp. and the Pulte Group are developing the community.

We have not seen an estimate on when the construction is expected to be completed.
