There are approximately 3,000 to 3,400 accounts without power in Plymouth, Whitemarsh, East Norriton, and Whitpain townships, along with the municipality of Norristown. On the PECO outage map, all of the outages are marked as an undetermined cause and have a projected restoration time of noon.

The outages occurred at approximately 10:00 a.m.
