The tractor-trailer pictured above is labeled as a “disabled vehicle” on the Montgomery County Active Incident website. Due to this, Butler Pike is closed between Flourtown/Plymouth roads and Militia Hill Road in Plymouth Meeting. According to a source with knowledge of the situation, it will take three to four hours to clear the roadway. The incident began at 11:37 a.m.
