The remodeled Wawa opened yesterday after a month long remodeling. We took a look inside today and found it an interesting set-up that definitely shows the direction Wawa is heading. The cash register is now in a central part of the store. The hoagies and coffee are still to the right, but more it seems more room is dedicated to serving to-order and prepared food and drink now. It is almost looks like a mini food court you would see on a college campus.

The usual pre-packaged food and staples are to the far left. We didn’t measure or count the rows, but there seems to be less of that now.
