Aim High Studio is holding a Spa Nutritional Detox & Flow Week from May 4th at 11:00 a.m. through May 11th.  During this week of pampering and self-preservation you will take part in a two hour Detox Yoga Workshop with Rachael Meek, followed by a 45 minute group consultation about your nutritional detox plan. During the remainder of the week, you will receive one private health consultation, group emails, three classes of your choice and a 30 minute massage with Anca Trofin.

The cost for Spa Week is $150.00.
